Dead Cool is all attitude: oversized shades, a bright blue cowboy hat, hot-pink Western shirt and a sky full of stars. Hand-burned details meet bold painted color for a piece that doesn’t take itself particularly seriously — even if she is technically no longer among the living.
Consider her proof that cool is eternal.
ABOUT THE ARTWORK
This is a one-of-a-kind original created by hand using pyrography (wood burning) and painted mixed-media details on a natural wood slice.
The wood measures approximately 6.5″ × 11″ and is about .6″ thick. Natural bark edges, grain, texture and variations in the wood are intentionally preserved as part of the finished artwork, making the piece truly unique.
A sawtooth hanger is installed on the back, so your artwork arrives ready to hang.
Only one original exists.
Because this piece is made on natural wood, irregularities in the surface and edges are part of its character.
